Remembrance Sunday Hackleton – We’re looking forward to gathering on Remembrance Sunday. You are invited to both the Chapel and the War Memorial. A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising the morning: Children’s Uniformed Groups’ children, leaders and parents, Peter Elliot, Parish Councillors, Members of Hackleton Baptist Church and Members of Hackleton FC.

9.40am Uniformed organisations meet at Village Hall

9.50am Uniformed organisations parade to Chapel

10am Service starts

10.45am Leave for War Memorial

11am Service at War Memorial

11.15am Chapel for doughnuts, coffee, etc all welcome

As has been the practice for the last 25 years, please remember roads are closed around the War Memorial for the 11 o’clock silence and reading of names If you are new to the villages, or have never been to the Remembrance Sunday gatherings at the Baptist Chapel and the War Memorial, it is one of the most attended events of the year.
